Charged for a diagnostic test that didn't need to be run. When asked about the charge Gina could not give me a answer and repeated herself so much. She was rude by the end of this very large issue. She was criticizing during the conversation and didn't want to listen to what we had to say. Your bills need to be more detailed for the customer on the emails your send. Very disappointed is the way the entire transaction took place..Had to call my amazing salesman Sam to get good answers and the problem resolved. Gina and Rhonda both need to have more details to information that is done to your customers vehicle to answer questions better.

Tom came out to my car, removed the screw from my tire and gave me the good news that it could be repaired. He later answered all my questions about when to get new tires and also gave me information about the type of tire that I should purchase next. He is such a blessing!

I spent an hour so I can use the lock keypad on the driver's door. All Ford had to do was tell me what the factory code number is. You failed. I now have a feature on my car that I can not use. You tried to charge me as if you had provided the code. You have not.
