He got my service set up, arranged a shuttle so I could get other work done, contacted me with the information about the needed repairs, and got everything completed in a timely fashion. You earned my trust and I also learned about the rewards program.
Part was late coming in but everyone worked with me to help me understand that it was not there fault. I thank Michelle Williams and Tom Spencer for pushing for the part to arrive in a timely manner

Took a little while getting the car into a service bay, but once that was done the service work did no take long .
Ya never told me you were not thrilled about working with extended warranty. I had to pay for the whole bill and will be reimbursed when the warranty pays your company. I will take my extended warranty and go elsewhere next time.
I called Joe with sort of an emergency. He got me in, arranged transpiration back home while they fixed my vehicle, then picked me up from home and brought me back so I could meet an obligation. Outstanding
I asked that an oil change be done today while my car was in the shop. From the receipt, I don’t see that it was done.
Tom always does a great job trying to solve any service or maintenance issues as efficiently and cost effectively as possible.
The wife said the check engine light is still on. That’s probably because it might need a tuneup I guess and we’re gonna have our mechanic take care of that but I will say Bob Thomas does a good job. We need to start talking about F1 50s. I don’t need a new one probably something With fairly low miles and around $30,000.
Vehicle was picked up and taken to the dealership. I was called in a timely fashion to let me know what was found and what the cost would be. The vehicle was repaired and returned to my home just as promised. Good job Tom.
