Received my car two days earlier then planned service was great and had a great chat with Zack in sales
I was not expecting my car to be fixed till Thursday but they surprise me on Tuesday nice surprise chance to visit with Zak and sales and as always customer service with the tops
I asked for a quote for new brakes, which I received. After careful consideration I decided to go forwArd and get my brakes replaced. After dropping off my vehicle, reminding the service agent of my quote and getting confirmation once more, I received a call, that only half the labor was considered in the quote and that an additional $140 would be necessary to complete the job. In my opinion, that is breaking a contract; i had it in writing. I am not pleased with the service provided and will not return.
Did not meet any staff member who was not courteous and helpful. Thank you for your shuttle service. If you didn't have shuttle service I would have had to wait there the whole time they were working on my vehicle.
While it took a couple attempts to find the issue, we feel we did and Tom and his team took care of it. Now we are in a wait and see. I hope and pray this fix has been made. I am glad I had Tom and his team working with me.

I had you look at trunk, it didn’t open all the way. When you called I was told it was designed that way. I was shocked to get a $59.95 labor charge to learn that. Wouldn’t your mechanic know that?

When I talked to the service advisor on Wednesday he said the oil change would take about an hour. When I dropped the car off, a different service advisor said it would take 45 minutes. After about 90 minutes, I went back to check on my vehicle and the technician told me she was almost done. Another 15-20 minutes went by and I hadn’t heard anything and I noticed my car outside, so I went to the service desk area and saw my keys laying at the checkout desk. The cashier was preparing my paperwork at that time and I checked out. No one ever updated me on the status or let me know the work had been completed.
