You told me it would be done in two hours and it was done exactly two hours.
The wait for my vehicle was unreasonable for what was requested to be done. An appointment was made to check & replace a battery. The information given to me about estimate of charges was not what I was charged. $150.00 was quoted & the final bill was almost $300.00. A replacement battery for an Escape is not worth $300.00. I do not plan to return for service here, even though I have been a returning customer for many years.
Tom was very helpful during such a stressful situation. You earned a repeat customer because of him!

I felt that the cost for the services was a lot more expensive than what it should be. Also my horn doesn’t work now after the battery got changed and I don’t want to bring it in and get charged another $99 for diagnosing the problem that was caused by the battery install. Andrew however was very professional and courteous and kept me informed on the status of my car.

Thanks for getting my vehicle in early, and fixed for our daughter.
It took Joe, Derek and team five tries to finally isolate the a/c leak. I invested over $2300 in initial repairs and replacement parts, that may not have been fully necessary. But once Derek realized my repair investment, he conducted three incremental repairs at no further cost to me. The final leaking tube required some body disassembly to inspect and repair a leaking tube. After that repair, the a/c has held Freon charge for over six weeks. I very much appreciated Derek’s efforts to solve this problem and explain the work performed.
I was told I need 600 dollars worth of preventative maintenance service with no explanation why my owners manual begs to differ. Sounds like a rip-off to me. 60k miles on my car and my service manual says I don’t need to perform those services until 100k miles.
