I still have no clue if the battery they took out was tested and bad. The assumption was it could be bad and put new in. It was a ford battery that was taken out and no idea how old it was. Hopefully it was this issue though.

They were not very thorough going over this vehicle because they said they wiper were good but they were ripping and needed replacing. Which I knew. So, I stopped at Auto Zone and done it myself. Now I wonder what else they over looked because they were over stimulated by all the cars that came in today. I was the first car there.

I came in about an hour and a half before closing and your crew did an excellent job on getting my truck's oil changed. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and also had a positive attitude although the QuickLane was pretty busy at that time. There was a really bad oil leak and my driveway is covered in oil because of bad workmanship and I been reaching out so you can clean up the mess but I haven't heard from you even after varios calls to there facility I even called ford directly I'm pissed off
