Nothing has been done yet
Was told the part had been ordered for my recall repair. A few months later got another letter from Lincoln about it so called to ask if the part had arrived. Left a message but never got a call back. Then a few weeks later, Michelle called to say she saw some notes about my vehicle but was unsure if I had been taken care of. Said the part was backordered and she would call when it arrives. She did a good job of communicating which was a first on this matter. Have received excellent communications up to this recall part and am looking forward to this recall snafu being the last one. :-)
Pleasant experience altogether. Everything completed in a timely manner.
I got an oil change and tire rotation. There was an engine light on going into the service. They claimed to check everything out on my truck but never said one word about the indicator light. This is the second time service has been sub-par. They never asked if I wanted to use my points this time and the last. An oil change took two hours????
I'll let you know the next time I drive it if the check engine light comes on

Tom was very good to work with and made sure he understood the problems we were having and what we needed to have done. He helped get our car done as soon as possible for us and was great to work with. We appreciate the great job he did for us.
