I have considered my 2003 Ford Explorer to be the best vehicle I have owned and it was a blessing to have someone who knows the vehicle to work on it. I am completely satisfied with the work and performance of the vehicle. I hope to continue to drive it till it reaches 200 plus miles.

The intermittent heaping of our 2016 Ford Fusion was not fixed. The problem came back recently. They asked me to leave the vehicle as if they were going to resolve the problem later that day. They did not get to my car until late the next day. I told them I needed the vehicle fixed ASAP because I was taking the vehicle to Orlando, FL. Tom said it would take 4-5 days for the part. Extremely disappointed. I will have the intermittent horn issue hopefully resolved by a Ford Dealership in Apopka, FL.
He is always polite and quick to answer any questions.

Tom has been top notch in keeping me looped in with supply chain issues. I was able to schedule a 3 week vacation because he communicated so well. Terrific guy to work with as is the whole Bob Thomas team.
Recall on the brake lines were taken care of and the service team did all they could do to find the noise inside the cabin. Very professional glad to have Tom Spencer and the crew for help with our vehicle
I am aware of the constraints and struggles due to material shortages and issues with logistics. I was never made aware of my vehicle status. I texted once, no reply. (Why bother initiating a text?) I had to call on 3 separate occasions to get an update. Not a big deal but I guess I wanted to know or at least get an update. I paid for my deductible told the teller which keys were mine and walked around the building looking for my vehicle. I went back in and they said it was on the side. It was in the fenced area. I was surprised it wasn’t washed. So far the car runs better so I am thankful for your repair. Overall I expected more from a dealership that has been around for a long time.
I have been dealing with Bob Thomas Ford North for many years. They are competent, reliable, friendly, honest. I have never felt like I was taken advantage of or misled. I have confidence in them. Great service.
