I’m disappointed in the fact I askedthem to replace any workout part while they were replacing the water pump, they didn’t change steering belt.. my steering went out while driving… this could have been very serious.

The work you all do is great. Never had a complaint about the service or staff. I do always have trouble s healing work to be done. It seems the service dept. might be short staffed. The last few times I brought a vehicle in I couldn't get all the work done I had hoped to because of a full schedule.
I appreciated his communication throughout the service process.
