If I use Bob Thomas Service again, I will drop my vehicle off. LONG wait time for my oil change to be complete, sitting in uncomfortable chairs in the waiting area.

Have been waiting for a part for my FWPD vehicle since Nov., was told it was ordered after stopping by lot. Went back again in Dec. was told it would be ordered AGAIN. Still no word...was sent by city garage and was told it was a needed part. Still no update, Still no part...
