Was told I had an hour and a half wait. It was 3 hrs. Also the tech left greasy footprints on my floor mat. Not once did someone come in to tell me anything until my name was called that it was done.

We asked them to check the air pressure in the tires because the air pressure light was on in the dash and the air pressure light on the dash is still on so I don’t think they check the air pressure on the tires

I realized after I got home if my "route 66" warranty covered any of the expense I incurred today.in making a late afternoon call to the service center the person said he would let the correct person know and I would get a call from Bob Thomas would give me a call in the morning. Your dealership gives excellent service in a very timely manner

Drained my oil to tell me there wasn’t a filter in stock. Waited two hours for a oil change. Not satisfied and probably lost a customer.
