In one simple comment, I will not return there for service again.
I ended up being there for almost two hours for a simple oil change. Might I add that the service garage did not seem to be busy with only a few cars being serviced.
When I entered the waiting room one customer informed me he had been there almost three hours and I might want to consider going somewhere else. Another custom added that they pulled his car in an hour ago and hadn't even started on his car. Here is what we saw while waiting in a room with all windows looking out in to the service garage. Service techs barely doing anything and the one thing they all were doing was standing around looking at their phones.
After all that, about an hour after I got home I walked out to the mailbox and what did I see under my truck? A significant size oil spot on my concrete driveway. I popped the hood and I found that it appeared that oil had been spilled all over hoses, the alternator, power steering gearbox and the frame. I do not think anything is leaking oil it just appears to be residual oil that had been spilled all over. And while looking in to that I discovered that there were oily finger prints and oil smudges from a rag on my white fender.
So disgusted I don't know what to think. But, I do believe that Bob Thomas Ford has some serious issues in the Express Lane service dept. Might I add that there is nothing express about it.
I will not return nor would I recommend anyone to go there for service.

The only hiccup was at pick-up when I came to the payment window the girl there couldn’t find my paperwork or keys so had to get the service bay person who knew to look in the tray behind the stand up desks across from the payment window.
Always have had prompt and friendly service.
Based on my experience with another dealership, the bulb replacement cost twice what it should have. Also, my vehicle was left smelling strongly of a foul body odor. I presume it was from whoever drove my vehicle last. It was disgusting and I had to air out my vehicle during and after my drive home.
No. And it was not John today
The technician did not reset the oil life monitor. Other than that I was pleased.
