Great thanks to Justin Winebrenner for taking my truck infor me as my wife is blind and can't drive and also recouping from back surgery. It was great for him to do that for me. And thanks to Joe for getting my truck into shop in such a short notice ,I really appreciate that. Again thanks to the both of you.

My service tech, (Angela), was top notch. Displayed her eagerness to learn how to install a new part, (EVAP Purge Control Valve), that I had pre purchased). Angela is the type of employee that you should WANT to retain at all costs in this day and age, people that are eager to learn are hard to come by nowadays.! Thank you so much, Angela!

everything I asked to be done to my truck wasn't done. I asked when I called in to make the appointment and when I dropped off my truck to fix the tailgate stair. it wasn't noted on the form it be done.

I love being able to stop by the Quick Lane at my convenience instead of making an appointment….my schedule is so hectic that half the time I have to end up canceling an appointment because my plans get changed on a day to day basis!!!
