I was charged $137.00 for the door handle (2017 Ford Edge). I looked it up online at the official Ford site for parts. I was shocked to discover the genuine part was listed at $79.00. I showed my findings to your service manager. She just smiled with embarrassment. I have been a loyal client to both to the Ford Motor company and Bob Thomas. I was truly saddened by the unfair charge for the part. Best Regards - WILLIAM M

My experience with you guys and getting my company car serviced was terrible. My car was there 2 weeks. 2 weeks of calling talking to multiple people with no answers except someone will contact you. I finally talked to a lady maybe Michelle not sure but within a couple hours I had the service order complete and by next day had my car back to find out it was a battery. Now that was 2 weeks of not having my car when could’ve been fixed the first few days it was there. Definitely need to do better with your communication so this doesn’t inconvenience the next customer:

No rental car as promised, couldn't find me on the schedule when I showed up. Gave us some crappy rental car that couldn't fit our family and now there is wheel noise coming from my driver's side wheel after the repair. I'm afraid to call amd schedule anything because nobody cares about us or my family's needs.
