To have your oil changed takes to long if you want to compete with other oil change places you are going to have to get faster . My suggestion is to time to when someone gets there and when it is completed.

When I check in I’m always out again in an hour less. I did ask the service advisor if it would be an hour and he said about an hour. At two hours I asked him and he said that were a little behind. I finally left and it was just under three hours. If he had said it would be that long I would have gladly returned later. But I lost almost two hours out of my busy day and was almost late for my next appointment.
The quick service is what I appreciate from my most recent visit.
I took my car to “Quick Lane” based on my experience I’m glad it wasn’t called “Not So Quick Lane” don’t know who’s fault it was, but maybe a name change.
