Work done was what I’ve come to expect from B T Ford - correctly. But I was told when I called to see if an appointment was needed to replace a taillight, I was informed to simply drive up to the door and we’ll have you “out of here in no time”. Been around for a while, and nearly 2 hours is not my definition of ‘no time”. Would have been glad to postpone if informed prior. Screwed up my afternoon big time. coming back though, you’re still a pretty good outfit. Thnx

Ryan is not so much the problem… maybe training is! He calls to deliver news that my beloved Ford F150 was done! As he so nicely put it, “stick a fork in it”. Now sorry don’t trust in that. Therefore, I am picking truck up and taking it somewhere where they will treat me like a serious customer. Not like “Oh Well”!
