I only trust Bob Thomas with oil changes! I would not trust them to do anything more than that had bad experiences to many times in the past. Bob Thomas service won't do what they are told to do only what generates revenue for them. Thinks customers are dumb and some know better. And are not fooled. So only trust them with oil changes mainly because of convenience. Will not let them do any other service work. Was not treated right in the past and this won't change after the way I was treated in the past. It has nothing to do with this tech. Your problem is your crooked service manager.

Very nice, quick and easy.
I dealt with a gentleman at the service counter ( maybe Derick). He told me I could wait for the bushing to be replaced on my car, probably half an hour. He said they would take it to work on right away. It was ready in less than a half hour. I appreciate thow quickly it it done.When I called to schedule they said I would have to leave it so was pleasantly surprised I didn't have to.
