Any idea when the recalls are on that car and do you have the parts to get it fixed? I’m not sure what recalls they are right at the moment, but they are the ones that was from last year.

Simply put, they ran out of Trans kits to flush my truck by the of the day. I dropped it off at 8am. As told over the phone, both oil change and trans flush should’ve taken a few hours. (Fine with that) I waited until almost 3pm to call and see what was going on. I was told they take care of all the people waiting on their vehicle’s first. Just because I had a ride, my vehicle gets pushed to the end? Kinda rediculous when I was scheduled for an 8am appointment. They at least wouldn’t have run out of trans kits on me. The only things that made it to where I didn’t blow a gasket was the professional courtesy that Connor and the tall gentleman at the desk in the garage showed me. They were both apologetic very professional and let me use a vehicle until my truck was ready the next day. Overall I’m happy it’s done and I will be back because of the professionalism. I hope you figure out a better way to take care of scheduled appointments or I will just have to say I’m waiting on it regardless if I leave or not.

I was so pleased with my service. Everyone was very pleasant and they looked at my vehicle even sooner than promised.

It took four days for the recall because the wrong item was shipped to the dealer. The dealer provided an excellent service once they received the right part.

This is the only dealership that I have experienced where everyone in the service department were all so friendly. Good job.
