In addition to the repair, the service was also supposed to include replacement of a recall item. It was requested at initial contact, assured that it was a separate ticket when the car was dropped off and would be completed, and was again assured it would be done during the phonecall to relay part and cost information. When arriving tonight to pick up my vehicle, I learned that it was not done and I now have to schedule another service appointment to get it completed. Michelle provided excellent service recovery and customer service in real time and I appreciate her efforts to correct this missed opportunity for an excellent experience with Bob Thomas.

Please don’t reach out to me. I was skeptical of the extra preventative maintenance that I was told I should’ve had done. While I appreciate the concern for my vehicles care, I was advised this was a bunch of extra “fluff” that is not necessarily needed at this point. My brake fluid and coolant was also not topped off. Your website states you top fluids off with any type of service. This took 5 minutes at most to do elsewhere. One positive-your courtesy driver is a nice man and he was timely.

Apparently my vehicle isn't being serviced properly when I bring it in. I was told today that my brakes are in the red at 1mm and they needed to be replaced right away. I was told at my last service (only 3 months ago) that my brakes were still in the green at about 6mm. No way of went through my brakes that fast. Also my filters were filthy but they were good last time too. Not happy.
