I went in to help re-fix the tailgate issue on my F-150 (which I had taken in just a couple weeks before so the recall warranty could be done on it), and nothing could be done … they suggested replacing the whole tailgate actuator, and suggested I’d get a quote for doing that. As of now, no additional details have come my way …
