He was very personable and extremely knowledgeable. We had thrown everything but the kitchen sink at our sons car and had it at two different mechanics in town. No one could seem to figure it out as the vehicle was not showing any codes. They figured out quickly what the problem was and it was fairly inexpensive to fix.

Connor was superb! A true asset.
My wife called me literally in tears after service. First off, she notes that the service folks were courteous, with a really big exception of the service receptionist who ignored her and curtly let her know after finishing her text told her to follow a black line.
Further, we brought our Explorer in for warranty work. Our Ford connect wasn’t working and I was assured by a Ford phone rep that there wouldn’t be a diagnosis charge because they already did it. I mistakenly assumed you would see this when pulling up the VIN. I was further assured by Ford phone rep that this would definitely be covered under warranty. So, I get a call from my wife in tears.
I would appreciate the opportunity to speak to a manager but I do understand everyone is busy and this is not important to your dealership.

They need a better antenna on the TV in the waiting room.
Connor is very helpful getting everything necessary so we get our Taurus SHO back in a very timely manner. We will most definitely be returning for more things to come.

Labor cost is far too high. Out of my $500 bill, almost $400 of it was the labor cost. If it had been a major job then I would understand, but it was an oil change and a brake flush. That pricing is absolutely ridiculous.
Over 2 hours for an oil change I called and asked them about a time frame was told about 45 minutes to 1 hour mechanics on the phone for 20 minutes walking around

Was charged for an attempted fix to a problem that wasn’t fixed at all and
After taking my 2019 Navigator to another dealer, come to find out the work that was done and I was way overcharged for, wasn’t even the solution at all!
Cost me $1200 with your service department and as mentioned the problem wasn’t even fixed. They were proposing I spend another $1500 roughly on an ABS module that I didn’t even need according to the other Lincoln dealer.
Truly frustrated and extremely disappointed.
The most impressive service I have ever had
I was very disappointed with the communication about the timing of when my vehicle would be done. I know you were busy, but I think it is your job to call and keep the customer updated. I was to the point where I needed to rent a car. The customer is at your mercy. To make my point if you would have told me my vehicle would not be done for 6 weeks I could work with that. Everyone I encountered was professional and I appreciate that. Thank you for the repairs.
