I brought my car in at 11:50AM. I was told 2.5 to 3 hours would be the wait. I didn't get my car delivered to me until 5:25 pm that evening. There is no way it took almost 5.5 hours to get my service done. This was poor management on the part of the service dealer and even poorer communication on the part of the service representative. The next time my car is due for service I will think twice about bringing it back to millennium Honda.

Technician broke my $579 Thule bike rack. Technician broke the pin without asking if the rack was closed.
Technician was asked 3! Time not to wash the vehicle and he still washed the vehicle.
Service advisor promised to pass NYS Inspection even after customer stated that such vehicle had “illegal” tinted windows. Service advisor guaranteed that doing a yearly performed serviced service on vehicle guaranteed inspection and that such “tinted” windows would be overlooked.
