My vehicle was not washed. This seems to occur every time my car is serviced. When I asked one of the employees in the parking lot he said “I’m busy, bye” in a dismissive and unprofessional way. He then proceeded to tell another customer that he would wash their car. Finally a more professional staff member agreeably offered to drive my car to the car wash.

The wait was too long for a simple inspection. They no longer take appointments I was told when I called. I waited 2 hours only to be told that I was missing a part that had to be ordered. So I have to wait all over again next week. Due to Covid I can’t take an Uber or have a friend pick me up.

Service was friendly and professional but slow and disorganized when picking up vehicle when supposedly ready. Two hour estimated wait by attendant turned into a 4 hour wait for 1st time maintenance. Also, complimentary car wash was terrible where the hood and top of car was noticeably dirty.

I would rank the entire experience a 10 out of 10. Everything was organized well and kept me in the loop. Greg Andrews and Isaiah Swan were absolutely amazing. Please keep up the great work. I’m going to give a five star review on google as well. Thank you for making it a great experience.

I had the steering wheel air bag recall done last year there. The air bag cover was put back incorrectly and was never flush with the wheel. The horn would also honk because of this whenever making a bumpy turn left. I brought it back last week to have you fix the air bag cover. Your techs removed the cover and put it back but it was exactly the same as when I brought it back. I asked a supervisor to go back to the mechanic and discuss with him. He came back and told me it was a manufactures defect (which is absurd because the cover was perfect for 16 years till brought to Millennium for the first recall). It’s always something at Millennium. A few years ago one of your mechanics took my security lug nut from my CRV and I really had to fight with you guys to give me a new one. It doesn’t matter what you respond because I am now done with ever coming back here. I may be amazed at the volume of cars you get in and the way you push your staff but too many things fall through the cracks and I’m left with zero confidence in Millennium’s honesty or reliability.

Also have very high compliments for Gregg who has ALWAYS superbly taken care of both me and my husband. Also Joe deserves special mention as before I left fixed the plastic piece under the driver’s seat that has broken continuously since I bought the car...AND he showed me HOW to operate the lever to put down the driver’s seat without using two hands to accomplish it. BRAVO, Joe! Nice to meet you Nat! Thanks for your advice today.
