As of now I'm satisfied that the problem with my car was identified; however, the problem will not be fixed until a part is received from Honda and I was told the part is on backorder.
Cedric was excellent but Honda needs to work on the wait time after the car is done took awhile to get my keys after I paid

Had to return to service because on the drive home from Honda the tire pressure lights went off and I had to return and was told the gauge was not reset after tires were rotated and service was completed.

Horrible Service today. My service provider Claritza Munoz did NOT provide any service to me. Thanks to GREGORY ANDREWS for stepping in. He was EXCELLENT. That is twice in a month I had terrible service at Honda and I am NOT happy about it.

Had a car inspection. Did surveys in the past and all they did was freeze halfway through. Like helping the employees, but the surveys you can skip.
