I was extremely satisfied with the quality of work done on the car.
I was, however, not happy with the way many of the staff members were not wearing masks properly or adhering to social distancing rules. As Governor Cuomo said, masks should not be worn as chin guards. They need to be covering both the mouth and nose.

The checkout system was too long...it took 30 minutes to get the bill, car keys etc...need a better system!
