You guys do a great job but 4 hours for an oil change and a NYS inspection is a bit long. I know you’re busy but I’m sure you agree. Maybe a express lane for smaller jobs might help?

I waited in the waiting room for 4 hours. I understand that it was busy but I had an 8:30 appt. Also, the price for the rear passenger tail light was a lot of money.
