My service representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. But people are not able to afford Honda even if they give a discount. The price I paid today was ridiculously and that was mainly in labor. I am NOT satisfied because everytime I go to Honda doesn’t matter which one The waiting time is ridiculous for something that shouldn’t take over 1 hour. I got there at 6:00am and got out a little after 11:00am. Then I had look at my receipt and I paid more in labor than for parts. I like to keep my car updated with Honda because that is who my car is by It is to expensive and I saw it was because of the labor. But overall My service representative was Very helpful and she was Excellent
You should honor competitor's coupons.
Usually when service, the car is washed. It wasn't washed this time.
I was there from 6:45am, entered the area at 7 when opened, and was there until 11:15hrs, so they can tell me that they didn’t have the part for my car, and return the following Monday due to no parts available. A waist of my entire morning coming all the way from Brooklyn.
4 1/2 hours for a wheel alignment, that was a bit much. I realize that you are short staffed, however, that was a bit much.

Bought my car in for one issue left with another. I had my passenger side front head light replaced. And now I can't lock and unlock driver side doors. And that's after being there for almost 4hrs. But Jessica was helpful
