I was very satisfied even though it took a few hours to get back my car. Jessica was very helpful, she completely understood my concern with my vehicle did not give excuses and handle everything without giving any hard time. I would go back just because of her great service.

The wait time was ridiculous, I had to wait over 10 hrs today and was told to come in today. I arrived at 6:30 am, and I know the service department doesn’t open till 7am, and still had to wait 10hrs for a condesor. Understanding that it was very busy but 10 hrs, and what made it worse communication wasn’t there until maybe me sitting for over 6hrs. Communication HAS to get better

I come to change my wheel lock key they took 3 hours to change just key. Befor I came I call them to asked can I bring now.they say yes and I asked them how much cost ?they told me me 60 dollars and tax.i saw the bill they charged 144 dollars.i asked the them why so much they told me just labor cost change the wheel lock.

Listen, Isaiah was nice enough but my overall experience was just horrible. I left my car for a simple oil change. Isaiah called me a couple hours later to say the car was ready but the technician taking it through the car wash damaged the bumper. It looks like an accident. He tells me they can't fix it today because the guy who does the bumpers isn't in until Monday but the will fix it for free and my oil change is free. He says they will give me a loaner car while they fix it.When I get back to Honda, he tells me they could actually fix it today but they didn't have a loaner car available. So which is it? In any case, now I have to come back another day. I live in Queens so it is not convenient. We purchased the car here which was not a smooth transaction, but this is why we came back for service here. They need to make my car look and run like it is brand spanking new. I will write back after my experience next week to let you know if they made it right.

After a wait of 4 hours , for an oil change and a tire rotation on Thursday july 23 , today friday the 24th the low air pressure light came up , when I did a tire pressure check I found that 2 lock nuts of the rear right tire were very loose ,improper tighten .I think that after 4 hours you guys must do a good check up before return the car. I'm a very disappointed becuase I have a 2 month old baby ,the car has 2 baby on board signs and on top of that the baby seat base! so is obvious that a baby is in the car at any moment! So you can't leave things like that and jeopardize the security and the lives of your customers.
