I am quite disappointed with how Sheleta Goldsmith handled my last B1 service session - Invoice # HOCS718044. I have being asked to made payment for the service that obviously under my Honda Care Maintenance Coverage Contract # V006360037. I told her in the beginning about my coverage when I send in the car but seemed like she didn’t know how to check it on the system - let it hanging until the end of the service session after 2 hours and so. I made the payment anyway because it’s getting too late for me. I came back the next day for the claim and then she asked me to come again and meet her instead? I didn’t do it because I think that was totally nonsense and wasting my time. Now the extra payment issue is still hanging.

My car has been slamming on the brakes with no one in front of me and was told that there isn’t anybody to look at my vehicle until next week. I feel that this left me in an unsafe situation... I’m not happy

Isaiah Swan was no where to be found when I wanted to get a status update on my car & my key was never returned. My fiancé had his key copy so we were able to make it back home safely. When I called the next day to inquire about my key not being returned back to me, no one was able to help me get direct information. I left my name & phone number for Isaiah to give me a call back. I have yet to receive an update. This call was made on Saturday, July 18. I serviced my car on Friday, July 17.
