I have to pay for my service. It was my 3rd free service.When I am bringing the vehicle for service they said less than 15 percent then only will do oil change.v

We did not receive a call from the Service Department to pick up the car. We called a couple of times around 3 p.m. and no one picked up the phone. We gave up and went to pick up the car. This was our first experience with this Service Department and we were not happy. I hope the next time we are given the courtesy of a phone call.
