Just for an oil change, I waited for 4 hours. This is not good.your staff who take care me on yesterday was rude and unprofessional.but your manager was good and he handled the situation nicely. I belive that I was unnecessarily waited

Paid a lot of money for warranty and had to pay out 800 dollars to clean Valves. Nat was not pleasant To deal with at all And was of no help. I am going to trade in my Honda for another Honda will never go to Millenium Honda. Dealer

I wasn’t please with the fact that I was in the store awaiting a diagnostic of my vehicle for more than 8hrs. I understand and is sensitive to the unusual circumstances that we are facing, but would have appreciated a bit more follow up on the status of my vehicle, especially with me being there of 8hrs.

Tuesday August 4, 2020 Went for an oil change Millennium Honda never reset oil life. Oil Life still at 20% now I have to go back for them just to reset. Plus I asked them to tell about the plastic cover hanging. Not one service guy mentioned anything to me. They noticed this problem from before. Thought it would common curtesy to mention a problem out to any and all customers. Now I have to waste time out of my day. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE TODAY! I will be back first thing Thursday 8/6/2020 for them to fix the problem without waiting all day.
