My vehicle was damaged and they claimed it came in damaged
I blamed myself because I should have perform a check of the vehicle before leaving it. The damage appeared to have happened when it was hoisted on a lift for the inspection. Not happy at all

The service people are all incredibly wonderful. I am sorry about the long wait. I came for an appointment last week and the wait was 3 hours!! Even tho I had an appointment. Staff said appointment meant nothing as walk ins were allowed. I came today before 7 am opening and wait was 2’hours. Told it Is always that long. That is too long. My last car was Subaru. Never had to wait so long. Also. Car wash is a benefit but was told you have To wait on 2 hour line for the wash I hate not a great ben fit.
Andrea provided excellent customer service and is a great communicator.
I was satisfied with Cedric. My issue had nothing to do with him. The car was not cleaned, seats were dirty from mechanics and a dirty wipe was left in my car.
Andrea was courteous and professional
