The customer service over the phone was unsatisfactory (some were downright rude). They scheduled an appointment for service for my car, when I arrived, I was told that it was not able to be done that day and would be worked on the next day, and they had no loaner car available to give me (I would have to come back after 3p to receive a loaner car). I brought my car back the next day at 7a and was told by Cedric that the car would be completed by end of day and I was given a loaner car for the day. I didn’t hear anything from the shop all day, so I called around 3 and was told “ I’m not sure how you know how this works. We’re supposed to call you.” I was told I’d hear from Cedric within a half hour-2 hours went by. I called again at 5:30p and Cedric said he’d call me back and was going to check on the status of the car. He called me back 15 minutes later and said the car would not be done and I’d have to come back the next day to pick it up. Now inconveniencing me 3 days. I bought my 2020 CR-V in May and it was sold to me with a defective part (shutter grille pins needed replacing). I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic, but in reading other reviews written pre-Covid, it seems that this is the way Millenium Honda typically conducts business. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

ANDREA was absolutely amazing. Wonderful and spectacular receptionist you have and should be becoming of a manager in that location. However, my distain and dissatisfaction is with this particular establishment and the excess amount of time I had to wait for a simple repair. I waited 7 hours for a oil change and a tire replacement. Had it not been for the professionalism and genuine care of Andrea checking in on me multiple times throughout the 7 hours I waited , I would have contacted the BBB and Honda Corporation for this despicable amount of wasted time!!!! Again, thank you Ms. Andrea Murray for your hard work and general concern for customer service; because of you, I will return for service and just leave my car. Andrea saved you From multiple complaints millennium Honda!!!!!
I brought my vehicle in for an oil change at 8:13 am on 8-1-20 and did not get it back until 1:05 pm. It was the absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in any platform of business ever! Horrible customer service! I would never suggest anyone to do business with Honda Millennium in this life time!
