Michael Disanti is why I will never bring my 2019 vehicle back to your dealership. He clearly tried to strong arm me into a cabin and air filter package that I never authorized for him do. Arguing with me that I authorized it. Finaly when he saw he wasnt getting anywhere he offers me a discount because the filters where already installed. At that point I told him to have the mechanic put my old filters back and I would purchase elsewhere. Also questioned Michael about what the recommendation was from Honda on the Rear differential service that he said had to be done. Asked him to explain what it was for. All I got was bunch of nonsense. He needs to be brought up to speed with what hes selling. After this was done he asked me to make sure I gave him and the dealership 5 stars. I cant wait for that call. Also I believe the gentleman who came out of his office in the service department with glasses might have been a manager who heard what was going on and looked at me and never even inquired what was wrong. I never had these feelings with the prior management and ownership. Gary L

Manuel was excellent. Service was not that great. had an oil change performed on a car got home and it was leaking oil. I bought it back in just so they can check and make sure everything was tightened. They said it was residual oil that was leaking, in my mind my driveway was spotted in three different places that was a lot of oil that spilled all over. Upon taking out my car it was dead. Apparently someone left the car in auxiliary mode and the battery died. In addition the tires were filled up to 43 lb except one there was at 34 lb. Quality control is not there.

Honda service department is the greatest. Everyone is helpful and they have a pleasant attitude. It’s a wonderful experience. This is my second CRV from manhasset Honda and I wouldn’t go anywhere else

The worker that was delighted to “wash”, “detail” and “gas up” our newly purchased car, never did any of that and just disappeared with our car for 2 hours. We had to ask 2 different people including the manager to call that guy and ask him to bring our car back to the dealer store. That guy is obviously incompetent in his job.

The service person always comes up with an unexpected “ recommendation””. My dissatiisfaction iš not with the person but with the Policy, of not providing the recommended maintenance schedule in advance.

I was glad that the Annual Inspection was done very quickly / I am assuming that it was partly because I had just recently had rear brakes & an oil change at the beginning of May/ and allowed me to continue with some errands I had planned for the day

I didn’t know what to expect post covid. But was happy that the team had safety measures in place and made it a point to be quick. Jeff was very helpFul and Professional. Great experience. I hope when I go back for my inspection I can also have a quick and painless experience.
