It was finally a pleasure not to be hard sold to replace something that doesn't need to be done as yet. I've been coming to you for 13+ years with my Honda Element - but the last days of Advantage Honda really ticked me off. Affordability was getting to be a problem.

Jeffrey was very professional and accommodating. My 2018 Honda Accord has an ac condenser leak which should not happen to such a new vehicle, but the other disappointment was it could not be fixed today because part is on back order with no ETA. Jeffrey will call me within a few days and hopefully have good news for me.

Jeffrey Alvarado was great. However it took me days to contact someone in the office and no one ever called me back. I ended up just showing up to drop off the car. He contacted me and kept me informed and told me when I had to pick up the car. However after I paid I waited 10 minutes for someone to help me get my car. I finally walked over to the car discovered my windows and door was open with the keys in the passenger seat. I ended up just getting in the car and taking it home. Jeffrey is really great but the rest of the service staff have to get their acts together.... it has been very different since it transitioned from Advantage to Empire, and not in a good way.
