Manuel Herrera was super helpful and patient. He gave me the best service, was quick and extremely attentive. I would definitely come back to receive service if he is working. One of best Service experience I received at Honda .
So just know because of that old man in the service dept was rushing me out of there. I will not be coming back to Manhasset. I will take my business elsewhere. He needs to be re trained on his interpersonal skills as well as customer care. Also the mechanic driving the cars speeding through out the bay area which is very dangerous! Also when I received my car back, it had oil all over my handles and door panel. I had to go home and wash the oil and dirt off.
They did forget to do the oil change, making it necessary for a second trip, tomorrow. Manny was excellent though in any event.

Why does the oil light at 100% /& picture of a wrench stay on ,on my dashboard?

The first time I wajted 4 hours even thojgh i was the first one there.I had to return 2 weeks later for a new problem that suddenly appeared. Then I was told it was resolved, only to have to return the next day because it actually had not been resolved.

Jeff was wonderful. But one of the techs working on our stole our hand sanitizer.smh At any other time we may have just overlooked it. But given this pandemic... it is shameful.
