I’ve brought my 2017 Honda Civic to the service center 7 times for the same reason. Each time, they call me telling me my car is ready and fixed. Then about 200 feet out of the dealership, my car is still broken and my car breaks down in the middle of the road. That’s not including the multiple times my car has broken down on the road and even the highway! You are putting a customer in great danger, yet your mechanics look the other way. The current service manager obviously not educated in the field, the sales manager lied to me about many things during this visit as well. I will be contacting the attorney general and the Nassau county communal affairs to file a claim and a lawsuit.
He kept us informed via text.
The car was left several days to fix a problem with the horn that stopped working. We picked up the car after telling us the problem was fixed, but when we tried the horn it still did not work ...

I went there to have 2 problems fixed. One was about the weatherstripping coming off the passenger door, one had to be ordered to be fixed, which I have no problem with. The second problem was about the driver’s side rear seat folding release latch in the trunk came off and was dangling off the place it was attached to but it was never looked into or fixed. The car was there for 4 hours and it wasn’t even looked at, that I have a problem with. I’m hoping the next time I go there to have my weatherstripping fixed, the second issue will be taken care of also.

Excellent service. Jeffrey was able to clearly explain the problem with the vehicle and he work expeditiously to order the parts.
Should be a lot more upfront and honest about what the price of service will be. Was quoted $400.00 LESS than what’s I was charged for a routine 50,000 maintenance,

Always pleasant people when you check in. Trust in the fact that repairs will be done right. If something needs to be done you are approached first. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Michael was great, I scheduled an appointment online for 3:15. Even though it was after your cutoff time he took me in and got the service done. I appreciated his friendly and courteous manner.
I was informed when car was ready!
