I pay for maintenance monthly. Not worth it.. it doesn’t list wheel slignment specifications in manual at all. They ripped me off for 200.00. My self and family bought several cars from Honda.
I am very dissapointed with today's service. I would like to know what's included in the multipoint inspection, my washer fluid was low before the inspection and it still shows low on washer fluid. Even though my appointment was at 10:15am I waited more than 3 hours for it. This is the first time I am having a bad experience from Honda dealership.
Arrived 7:15am did not leave until 2pm.
1-Low tire pressure/new tire installed
Paid for 3rd new left front tire in 11,000 miles
Low profile tires are terrible!
Took 6 hours for a tire?
2-Apple car play reported as not working
Was told it was checked and okay now.
It was not repaired. It is not working.
Radio still says connection error.
Previous repair not completed properly
Radio was replaced when new lease and
had not worked consistently since.
Customer service highly lacking.
Very disappointed.

Professional and courteous service
Your service dept was very helpful. So far Corporate Honda hasn’t been. Waiting to see how they handle my request for them to pay for repairs needed to my CRV which is 2 months beyond the warranty. Based on COVID 19, being a senior citizen who stayed quarantined until this past week and only 11,434 miles on my car, I feel the request is reasonable.
Unfortunately their decision ultimately determines whether or not I buy another Honda. This is my third Honda

Superior Customer service was provided by Manual Herrera. He resolved my concern with accurate resolution and with promptness. He presented a professional manner after I was given misinformation previously (a state inspection would take a few hours). This is a team I can trust to provide excellent service. And accountability I can rely on whenever I need them. I LOVE EMPIRE HONDA!!
My A/C is not working properly, sometimes it works and most of time it is not so cold. I had the AC replacement twice in last 3 years. It seems the ac system issues is more than swapping AC compressor. I wish I could have a detail diagnosis (actually my mechanic recommended it before I should take it to the dealer to trouble shoot it as they said AC compressor per se was fine).
I am not happy with the result of testing because u guy charged me and gave the quotes for AC compressor replacement without any details. And secondly you are more interested in fixing me other things - the lower ball joints, valve adjustment...
Jeffrey Alvarado was kind and friendly and offered to do what he can to help. Although I was not happy that Honda would not help me cover the cost to fix my A/C suction hose (warranty only expired a few months ago and due to COVID-19 was not easy to get out to dealer), I felt that was made up with Jeffrey’s help. He did what he could as fast as he could to make sure my car was fixed and cool again. I have been coming to this dealer for about 20 years and they need more people like Jeffrey; this was not the first time I worked with him and definitely will not be the last. Thank you Jeffrey!
My service records did not indicate that I brought my vehicles in to appraise the peeling paint on the rear hatch. Should really have that noted for American Honda.
