I was waiting 15 minutes at the service counter. The staff was in a meeting and they told me they would be right their and they made me wait as the meeting was still taking place I thought that was so rude and disrespectful on my behave and very bad customer service when I came to lease the vehicle the had a sales person right away then when I come for my first service I get treated this was !
