Always Honda do an excellent service
I was waited by for three hours for a part and they finally told me that it was not in stock and I would have to come back. That didn’t stop them from trying to talk me into doing other maintenance items on the car costing over $800. I believe they kept me there hoping I would get the work done instead of sending me home right away and telling me to come back a different day for the part.

Nothing short from excellence describes the customer service provided by Manny Herrera. Overhearing problematic customers complain, its impressive to overhear him de-escalate a situation in such a professional and compassionate manner. He deserves a raise ! In my times visiting Honda Manhasset it has always been a positive experience (addressing my concerns and with resolution). If Im lucky to be greeted by Manny his service always exceeds the expectations. Thank You !
I had called them 15 times but never answer it. And the message told me my vehicle had done for all the services, but it doesn’t tell me about when to pick up even though I reply back.
