i like the service from Manny. he offers a ride to go home when I ask for any taxi service. i m grateful because I need to care at the moment, and he offers as such support without thinking it twice, and gave a hope that if i m honest of what I want, i may be surprised! grateful for Manny's response today!

Refreshing to not be asked to perform services on the Pilot that are due at 40,000 miles when the vehicle has 10,000 miles. That seems to be the norm with this service station.

Michael Disanti is very personable and quite helpful. He provides customers with thorough explanations regarding vehicle repairs. His sense of humor is great. I feel very comfortable. In addition, Singh, was great!!!!!Honda has a terrific crew!!!! I know my car is in good hands with Honda.

micheal was very nice .. so was his manger .. but i had to make 2 separate trips and was charged $300 dollars in labor to replace climate bulbs .. i was charged labor the second time because they did not have the bulbs in stock and had to be ordered .. i tried to discuss this but micheal insisted it was a second labor .. it's not my fault they do no have the bulbs in stock .. why do i have to pay TWICE when it could've been fixed for 1 hour /$150 labor ... plus diagnostically they were going to charge me $1000 for a component i did not need ... plus i got charged tax on the second labor bill .. i don't think this is correct ..
