Manny Herrera is a con artist. After observing his salesman-ship as well as experiencing it, I have come to the realization that commission is his number one priority and most times his customers pay a hefty price as a result. He is very good at disguising his manipulation because many customers walk into that dealership not knowing much about their vehicle and what is needed and he, as well as his coworkers, take full advantage of this through forced and disingenuous friendliness. It was disgusting to witness and even more secretariat to experience. The better business bureau will surely allow me to share these findings allow future customers to be aware of the dishonesty.

Jeffrey always greets us and is very welcoming, assuring and confident with any questions, or concerns that I may have when I come in. I’ve had cars for over 15 years and I have to say dealing with Jeffrey and the whole Empire Honda staff has truly been a satisfying worry free experience. I refer so many people to this establishment when they’re car shopping.

Was given a service estimate of 60-90 minutes. Then after 2 hours my car still hasn’t been brought back to be looked at the the technician yet. Then I wasn’t out until close to 3 hours from when I brought in my car. I would appreciate a more accurate estimation of the time required for service so I can properly decide if I wanted to wait onsite for my car. The same exact thing happened last time I brought in my car where I was quoted 60 minutes to service my car and it ended up taking 4 hours. So it seems this wasn’t a one off incident!
