My appointment time for picking up my car after repair was 8:30AM but when I went there, they haven’t even started fixing my car and I had to wait there for several hours until they were done. I am very disappointed in the service. I got my car at 4PM.

I felt I was held at ransom to spend $1900 (unwarranted engine servicing) for servicing my vehicle with only 19000 miles. I will not be returning to Empire for servicing.
