It’s my first time to bring the Honda Pilot to your service department, thank you so much for solve the poping sound issue. Thank you the technician let my car quiet again! Compare other dealer service department, your advisor and your technician is much better! Only one thing I will complain, when I talk to advisor about steering wheel is off centered, he didn’t told me to solve this issue is not under warranty cover, two days later, when I received the call that I have to pay $400, it makes me uncomfortable, I told the advisor don’t do this part, the next day I picked up my car, I don’t have to pay anything. Overall, my experience of your service department is 5 star, I will pay attention to do the survey. If I need solve the vehicle issue in the future , I like to choose Empire Honda service department first, May God bless Empire Honda! God bless righteous man!
