My vehicle was inoperable due to a computer glitch which was the reason it was towed there. Even if they knew that my vehicle was inoperable and check engine lights were on, they still conducted a NY inspection. Obviously it failed and I had to pay the fee. Why would anybody in their right mind have the vehicle inspected knowing that it was inoperable? Wouldn’t it make sense to fixed it first, and then have the inspection done? Unbelievable...
