I feel that the price for my service was misrepresented. I could not get someone on the phone when I wanted to pick my car up, it took many calls to finally reach someone. There were no protective paper mats down to protect the floor of my car. WINDOW WAS LEFT OPEN ALL DAY AND THE CAR AND DRIVERS SEAT WERE SO SOAKED THAT THERE WAS STANDING WATER ON THE FLOOR IN FRONT AND BACK!!! I really felt like there was no care given to me or my car. Very disappointed.

I was charged over $25 for 2 new batteries for my keys. One doesn’t work at all and one hesitates. I don’t think they were changed at all. This was a big unexpected repair job of $3000 when I only came in for an oil change. The car feels the same as it did before I brought it in. And no Manny this morning when I came back for pick up. Just a cashier

My car has been back-and-forth to the dealership to resolve certain issues on the day I bought this car. They returned the car this morning telling me everything was finally fixed. Can’t say I was surprised, Nothing was fixed. Car once again is back in dealership. I would appreciate that you call me. From the day I bought my car 3 1/2 years ago I’ve had nothing but upset and frustration. Easy to see why they’ve gone through different managers and advisers. Almost impossible to reach someone on the phone in service. And they don’t call back when they tell you they will. No customer should ever have to go through what I’ve been through. Buying a new car is a wonderful experience. For me it’s been a never ending problem. Susan A

Grease smudge noted to drivers visor, tried wiping it with damp cloth but only speared black grease to surrounding areas. Is HONDA not supplying their workers with gloves??? Perhaps we should be billed more then $150/hour to cover basic necessities such as rubber gloves for the mechanics.

I was informed by Manny that I needed brakes and new rotors, which I appreciated very much. I had the car for 2 1/2 yrs even thou its a 2009. Benny assured me the airbags was fixed properly, so I would have no worries. Both of them were pleasant, very professional and knowledgeable in their field of work. They ought to be commended and I would definitely go back to this dealership.

I truly appreciate Jeff. As a woman and a woman of color coming to dealerships can be a daunting experience regardless of your education or finance. The reason being is most dealership take advantage. But with Jeff, I find comfort because he explains everything to me and so far I have never had to come back and complain about a service. As long as Jeff is there I will keep bringing my car.
