I usually get a postcard from you with an offer for an oil change at a price well below forty dollars, I know I didn’t get one this time but I was still surprised at how much it cost me this time ($54.26)
I was very happy with how quickly my car received attention for its safety inspection, even without an appointment. Manuel was also very pleasant and helpful. I do wish the paperwork would make it more quickly from vehicle completion to processing for pick-up; I think that delay may be more likely caused by the process rather than people. I also wish I would have been able to make appt on the website (interface slightly broken) and that my customer profiles were merged.

My wife was horrified that they ripped her off when she went in dir an oil change. Vincent Torres was terrible so was Jeffrey Alvarado. Treated my wife like garbage and funny thing our lease is almost up soon and you have pushed us away from ever considering Honda for our vehicular needs. We have a second car we lease from Hyundai with free oil changes all 3 years we have the car.

Very disappointed with your so called customer service given today. You need to reverse the charges for that oil change immediately.
I was there to get a new key. After 3 hours and $250, I picked up the car and the remote did not work. It was not programmed correctly. No one tested it to make sure it worked. Where is your quality control? I had to go back. They re programmed it. Brought it home again. Then I went to use my old key and my old key won’t even start the car! I called, was put in hold for 20 minutes and then Jeffrey told me I had to come in again to get them both programmed together. Why didn’t he ask if I had other keys when I got there initially?!?!?!
