I have been serving my Car Since 2007 and for the last few years the service ,charges and customer service as gone from bad to worst.The charges are incredibly insane,parts are all over priced and charged. Terrible customer service. When you try to reach service dept via phone you can never get through as no one answers the call and even if they do and transfer the call, no one response to the call. I spend over $7000 and my car was still not fixed as expected . They lied to me about fixing my Alarm,of which of course they didn't.After paying through my nose. I had to take my car back multiple times and had to leave it for over a month.It cost me another $2000 for car rental.Since they would not find a part to fix it.They talk me into changing the radiator of which i did. 2 days later my car was in smoke.I had to tow my car back to the Honda Service .They also tried to say that the car as a different issue and tried to recharge me for the same job they screwed up.They had put the wrong/defected part and my car seized while driving. I can go on and on with the bad and worst experience i had...Never ever coming back to Honda and will never recommend anyone . It's become just another rip off place just like Northern Blvd.I use to drive all the way from Woodside,Queens just because they use to be honest and had a great service with reasonable pricing. Not anymore.

Glad to have had a good experience. Polite and patient when explaining the bill. Car finished on time. Last year I had a horrible experience with my windshield was cracked at service. Happy to have had a good experience.

I have to call three times before I got a diagnostic for my vehicle, the first time that I call I was on hold over six minutes , then I call again and I have to wait for another 7 minutes , just to be informed that they just got the results from the computer system and he will call me back , I didn’t get a call back and I have to call again for a third time . The airs bags are disconnected, he said that according to Federal regulations they will be installed back as part of the service and that job wasn’t performed either . Vey disappointed with the service.

Gave us the wrong key for the new H RV after asking to put windshield wiper fluid in the car because there was none they said they would do it and never did the car was dirty inside and out I thought everybody else would’ve cleaned it because it’s brand new

Jeffrey Alvarado is a great customer service advisor with a lot of knowledge when it comes to making the right decisions to repair/maintain my Honda. He shows a lot of support and understanding when I have concerns about my vehicle. Overall, I would continue going to Empire Honda for all my vehicles needs because of this excellent employee.
