He kept his word. He said inspection would be done by 11:30 and it was done on time. He said would text me when work was done and he did.
Empire Honda provided great service and Jeffrey was very helpful as usual.

5 1/2 hours to wait getting recalls fixed during a pandemic is too long to wait. Hopefully I didn’t catch Covid while waiting in the waiting room

Christian was great. The wait not so much. I was there for 2 hours for an oil change. I had made an 11:30 appointment online. I guess that is not used. It didn’t seem to matter that I had an apt.
When I dropped off my vehicle there were a bunch of people waiting around so I joined them. No one mentioned anything about dropping off the paper in the back, so I just waited for an hour until I assumed my vehicle was finished being serviced. They told me they hadn’t started on my vehicle because I needed to bring that paper back first. I was frustrated because I had not been instructed to do so, and it was my first time getting my car serviced so there was no way of me knowing that was the protocol. I had to wait an additional hour after that to actually be done. That being said after the initial delay, Jeffrey was very sympathetic and told me he would do his best to get my car in the front of the line, and helped me get my car serviced quickly.
Christian was professional, courteous and incredibly helpful.
Manuel was courteous, informative and professional and made every effort to get my service completed in a timely manner.
The same service that I was given by Jeffrey on October 16th, when I last in for service.
Today the service was overwhelmed and follow up was not up to par. My reviews have always been excellent prior to today. Will be back because I did get a service warranty. Jeffrey did make me feel better when I was leaving by assuring me that my future visits would not be a repeat of today’s.
Manny and Jeffrey Alvarado alway leave my mother happy after she gets her car serviced especially Jeffrey.
