Wait time was too long. Appointment was set for 9am. I expected to have my car taken in no later than 10am. Unfortunately my car wasn’t bought into the garage until 1110 to be serviced. Then took an hour to have it brought out with the job completed. Which I’m 100% sure an oil change doesn’t take more than 30 minutes , 45 mins Max.

Service assistant Jeffrey Alnardo no good. This guy service provide to customers but not properly suggested. Looks someone not trusted that Empire Honda properly fixed the car problem, Hopefully all customers and me also definitely unsatisfaction service. Thanks
