I asked for Hassan today as I was very pleased with his assistance in the past. He is professional, sincere and makes me feel comfortable. I have been coming to this dealership over 20 yrs and I will be asking for Hassan on my future visits.
The gentleman who checked me I. And explained. Everything was terrific.
My issue is that 4 people in the sales department were not wearing masks. One was a patron the other 3 are employees.
Most of those in the service department were masked but a few behind the partitions were not.
I’m a senior with a husband 81 and with a comirbidity. It made me most uncomfortable.
My building on UES has no scenes like this. I was troubled by these procedures.
I brought my car on Saturday January 2d to have the damaged plastic liner of the under carriage to be replaced. I waited 4 hours before being told I had to come back on Tuesday for that piece which was unavailable tibe ordered and delivered. When I came back on Tuesday,I was told the part hadn't come in yet. I went back today, Wednesday, and the job was done after I verified by phone that the part had been received. It took 3 days for the job to be done and I was never offered a loaner car but just told to be careful while driving. I am frustrated that I had to wait 4 hours on the first day before being turned away, frustrated that I was not offered a loaner, and frustrated that I was not advised not to come on Tuesday.
Manuel was very helpful. It was my first time servicing my car in general and he made the experience easy and comfortable. It's always great dealing with happy,kind people such as Manuel especially when it's your first experience of something. I will definitely be coming here again.

Jeff Alvarado service was excellent but the service dept did it again every time I always have a problem went for oil change and software recall they did the job I went to drive away they forgot to put oil in and the car warnings lights came on saying don't drive this car low oil pressure I show the mechanic he took it back and added oil I check it when I got home still 1 qt short also check my records how many times I had to bring my car back 2 loaners cars to fix the problem
Jeff was courteous and professional. It did take a few hours just for an oil change and tire rotation, in my opinion. A bit too long a wait.
Hassan was very professional and did a great job
And the service was completed in the time they
Promised. Which was a big difference from my previous experience with another dealership
